Tamil Kavithai ("the Service") is operated by Integgreat, a sole proprietorship (Proprietor: Keerthi Kumar S), GSTIN 33BUEPK1872M1ZF ("we", "us", "Integgreat"). By using the Service you agree to these terms.

1. Description of the service

Tamil Kavithai generates Tamil poems, line by line, from topics, moods, or other prompts you submit (typed or spoken). Each new line — the next line of a poem, a revision to a line ("Change this line"), or the first line of a new poem — is generated by an AI model (Claude, by Anthropic) based on your prompt and the poem written so far.

2. Credit-based payments

Your very first line, ever, is free. Every line after that costs ₹5, deducted from an in-app wallet you top up (minimum ₹100 per top-up) via Razorpay. Your wallet is credited only after Razorpay confirms a payment succeeded, and charged for a line only after that line has been generated successfully — if generation fails, you are not charged. Lines are generated by an AI model and may occasionally be inaccurate, repetitive, generic, or not to your taste. We do not guarantee any specific creative outcome, literary quality, or that a generated or revised line will match what you had in mind.

3. Your content and ownership

You own full rights to the poems generated from your prompts. We claim no ownership over your topics, prompts, or the poems produced from them.

We may use anonymized, generic examples of poems or prompts (with nothing that identifies you, such as your phone number, removed) for marketing or promotional purposes — for example, showcasing the kind of poetry the Service can produce. If you'd rather your poems not be used this way, email us at integgreat@gmail.com with the phone number tied to your poems and we will exclude them going forward.

4. Prohibited use

You may not submit prompts, topics, or change requests intended to produce hateful, defamatory, sexually explicit, or otherwise unlawful content, or use the Service to harass, impersonate, or harm any person or group. We reserve the right to block, suspend, or ban access for any user found misusing the Service, without refunding any remaining wallet balance where the misuse violates this section.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Integgreat's total liability to you arising from or relating to the Service — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — is limited to the total amount you paid to Integgreat in the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data or lost creative work.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the Service is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Chengalpattu, Tamil Nadu.
