Integgreat, a sole proprietorship (Proprietor: Keerthi Kumar S), GSTIN 33BUEPK1872M1ZF ("we", "us", "our") operates the Tamil Kavithai website and app (the "Service"). This page explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices.
Information we collect
- Phone number — used only to identify your wallet and poems. We do not verify it with an OTP; you can enter any number, and whatever you enter is what your wallet balance and poem history are tied to.
- Prompts and generated poems — the topics, moods, details, and change requests you type or speak, and the poem lines generated in response, are stored so you can continue writing the same poem later.
- Voice input — if you use the microphone button, audio is processed by your browser's built-in speech recognition (Web Speech API) to produce text. We do not receive or store raw audio ourselves.
- Payment information — wallet top-ups are handled entirely by Razorpay. We never see or store your card, UPI, or bank details; we only receive confirmation that a payment succeeded and the amount, which we credit to your in-app wallet.
- Feedback — if you rate a poem or leave a comment, we store that rating/comment along with the poem it relates to.
How we use this information
- To generate poem lines using Claude (Anthropic's AI model).
- To track your wallet balance and charge for lines as described in the app.
- To let you return later and continue a poem you started.
- Prompts and generated content may be logged and reviewed by us for quality assurance and content moderation — for example, to check generation quality or investigate prohibited use under our Terms of Service.
Prompts and generated text are sent to Anthropic's Claude API to generate your poem. We do not sell your information to third parties, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
Data retention and deletion
We keep your phone number, wallet balance, poems, and feedback until you ask us to delete them. To request deletion of your data, or to see what data we hold for your phone number, contact us at integgreat@gmail.com.
